Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Welcome to Go Sweet. These terms govern your use of gosweet.co.uk and any order you place with us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using this site or buying from us, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.
Go Sweet is a trading name of VAPE SUPPLIER™ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10873335, VAT number GB 272938666, ICO registration ZA710059). Our registered office is 33 Bennetts Hill, Birmingham, West Midlands, England, B2 5SN. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" means VAPE SUPPLIER™ Ltd (t/a Go Sweet).
1. About these terms
These terms apply to all visitors to gosweet.co.uk and to all customers who buy from us. Different sections apply depending on whether you are a consumer (buying for personal use) or a trade customer (buying for business or resale purposes). The consumer sections, marked clearly below, do not apply to trade customers, and the trade-only sections do not apply to consumer customers.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the site at the time you placed the order. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the site.
2. Who can buy from Go Sweet
We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only. By placing an order, you confirm that your billing and delivery addresses are within the UK. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, where pricing has been listed in error, or where the delivery address is outside our shipping scope.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order through gosweet.co.uk, you are making an offer to buy. Your offer is not accepted, and no contract is formed, until we send you a dispatch confirmation email. The order confirmation you receive immediately after checkout is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance of it.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock or has been listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you and offer either an alternative product or a full refund.
All product descriptions, weights, ingredients and prices are provided in good faith and are accurate at the time of listing. Minor variations in product appearance, packaging or formulation may occur, particularly with branded confectionery, which is supplied to us by third-party manufacturers.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on gosweet.co.uk are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate where applicable. The VAT applied to your order is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the delivery option you choose. Delivery charges are shown separately from the cost of the goods.
We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order. If payment cannot be authorised, your order will not be processed.
If a price is listed incorrectly on the site due to a typographical, system or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment taken, even after order confirmation. We will contact you before doing so to offer the option of paying the correct price.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before our daily cut-off on the same working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where the courier supports tracking.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. UK delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order, or when you (or someone you have nominated) take physical possession of the goods.
If delivery is delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including courier strikes, severe weather, or supplier shortages), we will notify you as soon as we are aware and will not be liable for the delay.
6. Consumer rights (UK consumers only)
This section applies only to consumers, meaning individuals buying for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. It does not apply to trade customers; see section 8 below.
Your statutory rights as a consumer include:
- The right to cancel within 14 days: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to cancel your order for any reason. Full details are in our Refund Policy
- The right to goods of satisfactory quality: under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described
- The right to a refund, replacement or repair: where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Our Refund Policy sets out the practical process for exercising these rights. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Trade and B2B customers
This section applies only to trade customers, meaning anyone buying for business purposes, including resale, hospitality, events, corporate gifts, or any other commercial use. By identifying yourself as a trade customer at checkout, or by placing an order in the name of a business entity, you confirm these terms apply to your order.
Trade customers do not benefit from the consumer protections set out in section 7. Specifically:
- No statutory cooling-off period: the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to B2B sales. Trade orders are not cancellable once dispatched, except where the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described
- Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies: for trade customers, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies, including the implied terms as to satisfactory quality, description and fitness for purpose
- Resale restrictions: trade customers reselling our products are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including product labelling, allergen disclosure, age restrictions where applicable, and food safety regulation. We do not warrant our products as fit for any specific resale market beyond their intended UK consumer retail use
- Quantity discounts and bulk orders: any pricing, discount or volume terms agreed separately between us and a trade customer (by email, quotation or written agreement) take precedence over the standard site pricing for that order only
- Payment terms: standard payment is taken at checkout. Trade accounts with credit terms must be agreed separately in writing
- Returns: trade returns are accepted only where goods are faulty, damaged in transit or supplied in error. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted from trade customers
Trade customers acknowledge that confectionery is a perishable consumer product with limited shelf life. We do not guarantee specific best-before dates beyond what is shown on individual product listings, and recommend trade customers check stock rotation requirements before bulk ordering.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or contains the wrong items, contact us at help@gosweet.co.uk within a reasonable time of receipt (ideally within 14 days) with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
For consumer customers, we will provide a refund, replacement or repair in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For trade customers, the same remedies apply under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
We cover the cost of return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, as set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Allergens and food safety
All our products carry full ingredient and allergen information on the original product packaging. Allergen information visible on our website is taken from the manufacturer and is accurate at the time of listing, but the packaging on the actual product is always the definitive source.
If you have a serious allergy or medical dietary requirement, please check the physical packaging before consuming. We cannot accept liability for adverse reactions caused by allergens listed on the product packaging that you have not checked before consumption.
For trade customers reselling our products, you are responsible for ensuring that allergen information is communicated to your end customers in line with Natasha's Law and other applicable UK food safety regulation.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of the implied terms as to title under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
Subject to the above, our total liability to you under or in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the order. This limitation does not apply where it would be inconsistent with your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any third-party claims arising from your use or resale of our products. This exclusion applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not affect consumer statutory rights.
11. Intellectual property

Product brand names, logos and trade marks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners. 12. Your account
If you create an account on gosweet.co.uk, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at help@gosweet.co.uk if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
We may suspend or close any account that we believe has been used for fraudulent activity, that has breached these terms, or that has been inactive for an extended period.
13. Using the website
You agree not to use gosweet.co.uk in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that could damage our systems or the experience of other users. This includes (but is not limited to) attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, introducing malware, or placing orders with no genuine intention of paying.
We reserve the right to suspend access to the site, cancel orders, or block individual customers where we believe these terms have been breached.
14. Privacy and data protection
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm you have read and understood the privacy policy.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where that failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government action, courier or postal disruption, supplier failure, or failure of utility services.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before starting any formal legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us first at help@gosweet.co.uk so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
17. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of that provision.
These terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your use of gosweet.co.uk and your orders, and supersede any previous agreement or understanding.
18. Contact us
